NEW! Go on a watercolor journey through nature’s seasonal transformations.
Join artist and instructor Hannah Wolfe as she guides students in painting landscapes that reflect the colors, textures, and moods of the four seasons. Through demonstrations and hands-on instruction, Hannah will show students how to create their own spring blossoms, summer skies, autumn foliage, and winter stillness.
Whether you are a beginner or have some watercolor experience, learn new skills and build confidence in painting composition and watercolor techniques, including:
- Wet-on-Wet and Wet-on-Dry: Master the control and flow of pigment on varying paper moisture
- Graduated Wash: Create seamless transitions of color and tone
- Dragging: Achieve unique textural effects and delicate lines
- Glazing: Build rich, transparent layers of color
- Charging: Infuse vibrant colors into wet areas
- Salt-on-Wet: Experiment with intriguing organic textures
- Oil Resist: Explore fascinating resist effects with oil-based mediums
- Splattering: Add dynamic energy and natural details

Class-Specific Notes
The class fee includes a high quality pencil and eraser to ensure that all students have the proper materials for starting their artwork. The instructor will bring those supplies to class.
