NEW LOCATION! Practice Kundalini and Hatha Yoga with Diane Prem. Suitable for all fitness levels, Kundalini yoga focuses on simple yoga poses, meditation, and breathing techniques while Hatha is a gentle yoga that focuses on body postures rather than a flow of poses.
Diane's yoga style includes dim lights and quiet, spoken guidance of each move with a focus on breathing, mindfulness, and guided meditation to create an environment of relaxation sure to calm the mind and help you feel renewed and restored.
