Effective Fall 2025, there are no refunds if you cancel your registration in a one-night class. Students assume all risk for changes in their personal schedules.

Join cookbook author and veteran culinary instructor Cynthia Ferich for this hands-on class focused on taking the guesswork out of making homemade pasta from scratch. In this class, Cynthia will demonstrate how to use simple ingredients to make delicious al dente pasta that outshines store bought every time. While the dough rests, prepare a rich and creamy alfredo sauce that serves as the perfect complement to your homemade noodles.

Class fee includes all ingredients to make and enjoy this dish. You will receive personalized guidance as you work in small groups to prepare these classic recipes.
