In-person class at Fox Chapel Area High School.

Effective Fall 2025, there are no refunds if you cancel your registration in a one-night class. Students assume all risk for changes in their personal schedules.

Slow down and enjoy the cozy side of cookie decorating as you create warm, comforting designs inspired by coffee cups, teapots, and café treats.

Beginner friendly, no experience necessary!

NEW DESIGNS! Cookie decorating is a fun and creative way to relax and unwind—no prior experience needed.

Pamela Yochum, owner of Grammy Pammy Sweetery, will demonstrate a variety of decorating techniques and provide guided, hands-on instruction. You’ll decorate six delicious sugar cookies using your own personal icing bags.

Using colorful royal icing, you will learn:

• Outlining
• Flooding
• Wet-on-wet techniques
• Simple embellishing

The class fee includes all supplies, plus a box to safely transport your cookies home… if they last that long!

Bonus: Upon completion of the class, Pamela provides a private link to her Cookie Schoolhouse, where you can access instructional videos, cookie dough recipes, and more to continue learning at home.
