Description
In-person class at Fox Chapel Area High School.
- No swim March 31 and April 2 due to FCASD's spring break.
All exercises will be done in the shallow end of the pool. No swimming skills needed.
Achieve total body fitness with a workout that includes exercises to increase joint mobility, muscle flexibility, and range of motion as well as cardio sections to help burn calories and increase cardiovascular fitness.
Please bring your own resistance band(s). Only a limited number are available to borrow.
Additional Notes
The pool temperature is set for high school competitive swimming. You may find it helpful to wear a swim shirt if you are not someone who is constantly moving in the water.
