Description

In-person class at Fox Chapel Area High School.

NEW INSTRUCTOR! All exercises will be done in the shallow end of the pool. No swimming skills needed.

Achieve total body fitness with a workout that includes exercises to increase joint mobility, muscle flexibility, and range of motion as well as cardio sections to help burn calories and increase cardiovascular fitness.

Please bring your own resistance band(s). Only a limited number are available to borrow.

Class-Specific Notes

Swimmers must follow Pool Policies and Procedures.

Weeknight aqua exercise participants:

• Arrive dressed to swim.
• Locker rooms are only available at the end of class.
