NEW! There is a growing mountain of evidence that shows the many psychological benefits of spending time in nature. Join local ecopsychologist Dr. Jeff Beyer for an engaging and reflective evening where we will explore simple, accessible, meaningful ways of relating that can deepen your relationship with the natural world, with yourself, and with others.

Through guided reflection and outdoor-inspired activities, you will learn to:

  • Step out of the habitual numbness of autopilot and reconnect with the enlivening and nourishing present moment.
  • Reduce stress and anxiety by being more grounded and at-home in the relating.
  • Deepen your familiarity and steadfast friendship with the rest of the natural world.
  • Enrich all your relationships through increased awareness, skill, and presence in relating.
  • Explore and experience a less fragmented sense of self and experience a more integrated sense of wholeness.

Gift yourself an evening spent in a rich exploration of practical ways to pay closer attention to your personal experiences and stop skimming over the moments of the day. Whether you’re new to these relational practices or simply seeking new ways to be nourished and recharge, this session offers an opportunity to connect more intimately and meaningfully with nature and with yourself—with what truly matters!
