Description
In-person class in the Fox Chapel Area High School Fitness Center.
MORE WEEKS! Take time for yourself in this supportive, women-only fitness series using the variety of equipment in the FCAHS fitness center. Whether you’re just getting started or already comfortable with strength equipment, this class meets you where you are.
- Beginners can learn proper form, technique, and how to select the right equipment and weights with the guidance of a fitness professional.
- Experienced participants are welcome to enjoy open gym time and the camaraderie of a relaxed, like-minded group.
Build strength, reduce body fat, and support bone health using equipment that suits your personal goals. Available equipment includes:
- Cardio: Treadmills, ellipticals, bikes
- Strength: Weight machines, free weights, TRX
- Functional Fitness: Plyometric boxes, resistance bands, stability balls, and boards
