NEW! Dahlias are gorgeous flowers that bloom from mid-summer through fall in a wide variety of sizes and every color of the rainbow. And, they are low on a deer's list of favorite foods!

Spend an evening focused on these beautiful blooms with Kristin Fontana, owner of Berry Hill Farm and a passionate dahlia grower. This small flower farm is hidden in the hills of Allegheny Township and is cared for using sustainable farming methods that make sure the farm's environment is healthy and thriving and the the soil can continue to support their crops.

Kristin will share her knowledge and help you learn:

• Planting techniques.
• Growing tips.
• Proper care including digging, dividing and storing your tubers.
• Cut flower care.

After watching Kristen create a beautiful fall flower arrangement, she will provide hands-on guidance as you create your unique arrangement using flowers from her farm. Class fee includes the vase, dahlias, and all supplies needed to create your unique arrangement.
