 In-person class at Fox Chapel Area High School.

NEW! These lessons are for adult swimmers who are looking to improve their swimming skills while sharing the pool with a small group of adults with similar swim abilities.

Students must be able to swim 1-2 lengths of the pool.

These lessons can be used to help you:

• build endurance
• improve your techniques in any of the four strokes
• work on your breathing

These sessions are designed to help you take your swimming skills to the next level under the guidance of adult master swimmers who have been trained in specific methods and techniques for teaching adults.

Class size is limited to 4 adults working with 2 instructors. The lesson will take place across two lanes of the pool.

• Due to the personalized nature of this offering, the cancellation policy for swim lessons differs from other FCAAE classes. If you need to cancel your enrollment, refunds will only be provided if notice is given to FCAAE at least 7 days prior to the first lesson. An administration/cancellation fee of 50% of the class fee paid will be assessed.

Locker rooms and restrooms are available for use by FCAAE swimmers. You are welcome to bring your own lock - or - bring your personal items pool side and leave on benches surrounding the deck.

Class-Specific Notes

The pool temperature is set for high school competitive swimming. You may find it helpful to wear a swim shirt if you are not someone who is comfortable moving in the water.
