In-person class at Fox Chapel Area High School.
NEW! Join Sarah Andrews, an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Life in Motion Gym, for this educational and guided exercise series designed for everyone with osteoporosis.
This osteoporosis exercise program will focus on:
- Weight-bearing exercises that work against gravity to improve the bone density in your arms and legs while improving blood flow and heart health.
- Resistance exercises to make your muscles work harder and become stronger.
- Balance exercises to help minimize your fall risk.
- Flexibility exercises to keep your muscles limber and joints mobile.
Sarah makes exercising fun and when you enjoy the exercises, you are more likely to continue them long-term.
