In-person class at Fox Chapel Area High School.
Back by popular demand! Earlier time! Good balance is important for everyone - from athletes to older adults. Adults of all ages and fitness levels will benefit from this six-week series.
Your balance is one of the best predictors of long-term health.
Work with a physical therapist and learn to safely and effectively:
- Perform balance exercises
- Improve coordination
- Minimize your risk of injuries
- Build strength
- Improve your posture
These exercises can easily be added to your daily routine and performed while you are doing your normal activities. No need to add something else to your overpacked schedule!
Class-Specific Notes
Wear supportive shoes and comfortable clothes. Bring water.
