Your hosts for the evening are Lisa Belczyk, Beverage Manager and Educator, and Head Distiller JJ Jackson—yes, the same JJ Jackson who appeared on the Discovery Channel’s docudrama series “Moonshiners.”

This event will take you on a deep dive into the rich history and significance of apples in our region. You’ll get behind-the-scenes insights into the production of Lucky Sign's acclaimed apple brandy and learn how apple-based spirits and beverages capture the essence of Western Pennsylvania in every glass.
