In-person class at Fox Chapel Area High School. Everyone must follow FCASD Health & Safety Protocols.

Summer is almost here so let's focus on foods that we will roast in the oven but can easily be cooked on the grill.

Join Chef Jon Holzer of Hartwood Restaurant as he demonstrates preparing and cooking chicken, shrimp, and mushroom skewers with accompanying sauces. Enjoy a variety of tastes sure to liven up your dinners.

Receive hands-on guidance as you create his recipes and then enjoy the meal with your classmates. Bring your own 'doggie bag' containers in case there are leftovers!

Additional Notes

Materials fee of $30 is payable to Chef the night of class. Cash or check please.

Detailed parking and classroom directions will be emailed the day before class.
