Description

In-person class at Fox Chapel Area High School. Everyone must follow FCASD Health & Safety Protocols.

All exercises will be done in the shallow end of the pool. No swimming skills needed.

Achieve total body fitness with an interval workout that includes exercises to increase joint mobility, muscle flexibility and range of motion as well as cardio sections to help burn calories and increase cardiovascular fitness.

Please bring your own resistance band(s). 

Locker rooms and restrooms are available for use by FCAAE swimmers.

Additional Notes

No classes March 23 - March 31.

The pool temperature is set for high school competitive swimming.

Parking directions at the high school and walking directions to the pool will be sent via email the day before your first swim session.
