In-person class at Fox Chapel Area High School. Everyone must follow FCASD Health & Safety Protocols.

MORE WEEKS! Students asked for more time to play games with guidance. FCAAE's class structure provides just that. Join and learn the fun - and addictive - game of Mah Jongg!

This series is designed for adults new to the game. Classes will cover all of the essential components of the game:

• Tiles
• Hands
• Rules
• Strategy
• Setup
• Play

This expanded class builds in extra time for you to put your newly acquired skills into practice. After learning the game, you will have ample time to play with fellow novice players while the instructor provides guidance, tips, and advice. 

Attendance at the first two classes is critical. Each class builds upon lessons learned the previous week. If you miss either of these early classes, it will be very difficult to resume as you will be lacking foundational concepts.

 Class size limited to allow for individualized learning!

Additional Notes

Materials fee of $15 for a 2024 NMJL card that is yours to keep. Please pay the instructor at the first class.

Detailed parking and classroom directions will be emailed the day before the first class.
