NEW! Join Master Gardener Andrea Jackson for an exploration of best practices to create and maintain a sustainable garden. Whether you garden in pots, raised beds, or directly in the ground, you can create a garden that is good for you, your neighbors, and the earth!
Increase your understanding of gardening practices that are environmentally friendly while also providing you with a healthy, attractive landscape.
Grow your own successful and sustainable garden by learning:
- Proper selection and installation of native and sustainable plants
- Selecting the right plant for the right place
- Soil preparation and the use of organic amendments
- Proper planting, mulching, and water practices.
Class fee includes an information packet on sustainable gardening and native plants for your ongoing reference.
