Live Zoom video class - bring your questions! Class will be recorded by FCAAE so students can review and practice. Recording will be available for one week.

This hour long class will provide a full body workout - routines are different every week! Sometimes focus will be on butts and guts, other times block Pilates and floor work.
- Low impact exercises - modifications will be offered
- No jumping required
- No equipment needed - weights are optional
- Exercises will be varied each week
- Heavy focus on hip and core strength
Maximize your calorie burn and create a balanced body with a workout that doesn't focus exclusively on one part of your body. All muscle groups will benefit. And this workout is sure to be fun with Cassie as the instructor!
Bring a yoga mat and have a chair nearby for balance or sitting.
