Using common household materials, resistance bands and/or dumbbells, benefit from a progression of exercises that will work all of your major muscle groups and get your heart rate moving. There are adaptations for every level of fitness.
 
Bonus: frequent cameo appearances by Beth's dogs who are either cheering you on or joining in the fun!
 
If you have weights or resistance bands, you'll want them nearby. Also, if you have a step stool or aerobic step, you'll want that nearby.
If you do not have weights or bands, or if you think your weights might not be enough to really challenge you, here are the following household items you can use:
  1. a cloth grocery bag/small duffel bag/large purse/medium bucket + canned goods or books = a great kettlebell and dumbbell replacement
  2. a gallon jug filled = approximately 8 lbs; a half-gallon = approximately 4 lbs
  3. a bungee cord or bungee leash if you have dogs = resistance band
  4. a hand towel can be used for one of the exercises we'll be doing if you don't have resistance
